• Scope and Content
  Contains portraits of family, friends and pets, often in elaborate or staged poses. Covers family picnics, weddings, holidays. Also shooting trips, cricket matches and boat races, scenes of ships, harbours and coastal and country views. Image of the Motosacoche motorcycle, designed in 1899. Locations include Sydney beaches and suburbs, incl. Callan Park Mental Hospital, South Coast incl. Wollongong, Stanwell Park, Jamberoo, Kiama, Royal National Park. Blue Mountains incl. Wentworth Falls. Parramatta, Cox's, Lane Cove, Brisbane and Hawkesbury Rivers, various waterfalls and the family residences "Earlsholme" and "Glenferrie". Also scenes of Brisbane, Townsville and Cairns, Qld.
