    a. This photograph of the assassination of King Alexander in Marseilles was the first picture received by the Beam Wireless Picturegram Service from England and published in the Australian afternoon newspapers on 17th October 1934

    b. Photograph of E.T.Fisk Esq. Chairman of Amalgamated Wireless (Australasia) Ltd. This picutre was received from London during the first experimental transmission over the Beam Wireless Picturegram Service of Amalgamated Wireless (Australasia) Ltd at Melbourne on 12th September 1934

    c. This picture of Mr C.J.Melrose beside his plane at Mildenhall Aerodrome preparing his kit for the start of the Centenary Air Race, was the first received by the Beam Wireless Picturegram Service from England and published in Australian morning newspapers on 17th October 1934
