The following sketches are from the David Scott Mitchell Collection. 1. [Coo-ee in the bush] 2. [Hard-pressed or flight of a bushranger]. In pencil on reverse in Library Officer's hand `Inscriptions disappeared during cleaning in Jan 1952' Provenance of item derived from a list of material that was deposited with the National Art Gallery (Art Gallery of N.S.W.), prior to the Mitchell Library's opening in 1910.
